Permaculture is a science of organization and land management and also the creation of a balanced human environment, taking care of the plants, animals, buildings, infrastructure (water, electricity, roads, etc.) and their mutual relations, and the way in which are included in the environment. The goal is to create environmentally and economically sustainable systems through observation and respect of existing natural systems, and thereby creating a natural environment rich in healthy food and renewable energy sources. With permaculture we unite the wisdom and experience of traditional agriculture and modern scientific knowledge, for it this does not exhaust or pollute the environment.
